Refund Policy

100% Refund for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Defective
  • Unusable due to a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please send:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Photos of the product packaging, if applicable

Once your claim has been verified, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead, depending on product availability and your preference.

Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us. After verification, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Order Cancellations
